How to purchase tickets
1. Book/Purchase Tickets
- Tickets can be purchased one week before your visit day.
- You can choose seats in the Dometheater when you purchase the tickets online.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Please check the date and time of your visit carefully before purchasing tickets.
- Preschool children also need tickets, so please reserve your tickets online.
- Please read and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Payments can only be made using credit cards (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX/Diners).

2. Purchase completed
A purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
3. The day of your visit
- When visiting the museum, please display the QR code on your smartphone screen or bring a printed sheet of paper with you. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you can issue tickets for each person at the ticket receiver in the building (located on the 5th and 3rd floors).
- The permanent exhibition opens at 10:00, and the last entry time is 16:30.
Please note that you can enter the Dome Theater from 10 minutes before the screening starts. You will not be able to enter after the screening start time, so please arrive at the Dome Theater entrance on the 6th floor with plenty of time to spare. - Visitors with discount tickets, advance tickets, or free viewing tickets are welcome to stop by the outside ticket booth.

Choose either the Permanent Exhibitions Ticket (Adults 630yen,18 and under 210yen) or the [Combo Ticket] Permanent Exhibitions + Dome Theater (Adults 940yen,18 and under 310yen) .
- If you have purchased a admission ticket and would like to see the Dome Theater in addition, please reserve and purchase the [Add on] Dome Theater (Adults 310yen,18 and under 100yen). You cannot see the Dome Theater with just the "[Add on] Dome Theater".

Book/Purchase Tickets
- You can book for up to seven people (seats) at once. For groups of eight or more, please refer to "Group Visits".
- Admission is free for holders of a disability certificate, and for their companion (one per certificate holder). For holders of a disability certificate and those using a wheelchair, please check our accessibility information.
- Tickets for special exhibitions are available on a different website. Please visit the specially prepared website for tickets to the special exhibition. If you have purchased a special exhibition ticket and would like to see the Dome Theater in addition, please reserve and purchase the "[Add on] Dome Theater".
- If you have a free viewing ticket, an advance ticket, a discount ticket, and would like to see the Dome Theater in addition, please reserve and purchase the "[Add on] Dome Theater" and come to the outside ticket booth on the day of your visit.
