How to book tickets
1. Book/Purchase Tickets
- Tickets can be purchased one week before your visit day.
- You can choose seats in the Dometheater when you purchase the tickets online.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Please check the date and time of your visit carefully before purchasing tickets.
- Preschool children also need tickets, so please reserve your tickets online.
- Please read and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Payments can only be made using credit cards (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/AMEX/Diners).

2. Purchase completed
A purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered.
3. The day of your visit
- When visiting the museum, please display the QR code on your smartphone screen or bring a printed sheet of paper with you. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you can issue tickets for each person at the ticket receiver in the building (located on the 5th and 3rd floors).
- The permanent exhibition opens at 10:00, and the last entry time is 16:30.
- Please note that you can enter the Dome Theater from 10 minutes before the screening starts. You will not be able to enter after the screening start time, so please arrive at the Dome Theater entrance on the 6th floor with plenty of time to spare.
