ryota kuwakubo Ryota Kuwakubo/Device Artist
Born in 1971. MA in Plastic Arts&Mixed media from University of Tsukuba/BA from the Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences. His electoronic art ranges from digital to analog. On the other hand, he technically supports other artists' creative works and new toy production. His major works are: "Bitman;" "Heaven Seed." His artiwork "PLX" was nominated for a prize in interactive arts at ARS Electronica Festival.

kashiwa sato Kashiwa Sato/Creative Director, Samurai
Born in 1965. BA in Graphic Design from Tama Art University. He established his own design firm "Samurai" after leaving Hakuhodo in 2000. He has worked for SMAP, Honda Step Wagon, Kirin "Chibi" Lemon, Shiseido 5S、TBC, Parco, World OZOC. He handles multiple tasks from concept development, retail store development, to advertising campaigns. He has received the Yusaku Kamekura Prize, JAGDA2000-Best New Comer Award, Tokyo TDC Grand Prix, Golden prize, among others.

takuya shimada

Takuya Shimada/MeSci
Born in 1965 and graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Dept. of Information Science. Since his previous job at GK Tech, he has been working on IT technology, website, and some exhibitions, e.g. A Hands-on Model of the Internet for MeSci ) including engineering support. From the year 1996, he has been working for the sensorium (http://www.sensorium.org/), and was a key person for the production of Breathing Earth, BeWare01:Satellite. "Bring Science Home" is his latest project.

yasuhiro suzuki Yasuhiro Suzuki/Artist
Senior Researcher at Iwai Lab, of Research Center for Advanced Science and Tecnology The University of Tokyo. Born in 1979. BA in Design from Tokyo Zokei University in 2001. Inspired by toy from Parks, the piece "The Work of Globe Jungle" won the Grand Prize from DIGISTA AWARD 2001. His other work -"inter-reflection" won the Grand Prize from Philip Morris Art Award. He kept on releasing his work to competitions, such as New YorkP.S.1"The FirstSteps". From 2002, he has been working on total communication with 5 senses.
