"It's a Tasty World - Food Science Now!" Exhibition in Hong Kong! [October 14 (Fri.), 2011 - February 1(Wed.), 2012]
"It's a Tasty World - Food Science Now!" is a traveling exhibition. Previously exhibited in Saga Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, and Hokkaido, it will now be showing in Hong Kong. The venue will be at the Hong Kong Science Museum, a very convenient site located in Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. Across from the Science Museum is the Hong Kong Museum of History.

In this interactive exhibition, cutting-edge science and technology will answer the numerous questions we have about our diet today. Participants will learn about the mechanisms of taste, self-sufficiency issues, nutritional balance, BSE, and mass production technologies used to provide food for the masses of people around the world.
