During the Summer holiday term from August 1 (Sun.) - August 31 (Tue.), there will be an extension of museum hours, additional programs at the Dome Theater GAIA, special demonstrations for the Obon period, events and opening of the museum during the night at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation.
Don't miss this opportunity to encounter "state-of-the-art knowledge and innovation" at Miraikan.

Special Exhibition/Events/Demonstration during the Term

* Special Exhibition "DORAEMON's Scientific Future"
The MANGA "DORAEMON" has attracted people of all ages and nationalities. One key to its fame, no doubt, is the "magical gadgets" featured in each story.
How far have such magical gadgets been actualized by developments in today's science and technology? The exhibition can be enjoyed with the entire family!

* "Discovery through a Camera!!! The world will change if you change your point of view "PHOTO WONDERLAND
This event allows you to experience the wonders created by changing your point of view and your ideas, such as observing scenes from a different perspective by looking through a lens and using the digital camera function.

* ASIMO Demonstration
During the term of August 13 - 15 the ASIMO demonstration will be held 3 times a day.

Method of Participation: Reservations are not necessary. Please come directly to the event site.
