> What is the program schedule?
The program schedule from January 10, 2009 is as follows:
Weekdays: 10:45(*)/11:30(*)/14:45/15:30
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 10:45/11:30/12:15/14:00/14:45(*)/15:30(*)/16:15(*)
(* = live performance)
 
> Is the schedule based on advance reservations?
No, it is not based on advanced reservations. People visiting the museum may pick up a ticket to attend a program showing, on a first come first served basis. Groups should also take this into consideration.
 
> How can I get a reserved seat ticket?
After you purchase your admission ticket on the 1F as you enter the museum, you can pick up your reserved seat ticket on the 6F. 
All tickets for that particular day will be issued from 10:00 a.m.
 
> Can one person get reserved seat tickets for others?
Yes, it is possible. Since 1 reservation ticket is issued for each admission ticket, please purchase the admission tickets for the number of members of your group. Furthermore, please note that cancellation is not possible and changes cannot be made.
 
> What size of crowds will we encounter?
Weekdays: The program at 10:30 am usually becomes full shortly after the opening of the museum, and the afternoon program usually becomes full before noon.  
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays: There are visitors lining up before the opening of the museum. In some cases, there are situations where the seats for all programs will be completely full just with the people waiting in line.
 
> Is it possible to wait for a visitor with a program ticket to cancel?
No, it is not possible. There is no waiting list.
 
> Are there separate charges?
The fee is included in the admission ticket and, therefore, there will be no separate charges.
 
> How long is the program?
It is about 20 minutes including entrance and exit time.
 
> Can wheelchairs enter?
Up to two wheelchairs can enter the theater for a program. For further details, please contact the staff.
 
> Is entering and exiting possible during the program?
Entering and exiting during the program is prohibited.
 
> Are there any age limitations?
Since it is a Permanent Exhibition, there are no age limitations. However, during the program, it gets very dark inside the dome, so please be aware when bringing small children along with you.
 
> Is the program showing available only for a limited time?
Since it is a Permanent Exhibition, it is not a limited-time offer. However, please note that contents are subject to change.
 
> Is it possible to make reservations for multiple shows per day?
Each person can make reservations for one show only (for all the programs of the Dome Theater GAIA) on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. During weekdays, reservations can be made again after viewing a show if space is available.
