Today, information regarding food is conflicting and causes anxiety and a sense of crisis.
We will introduce the truth, which has been clarified scientifically, regarding the problems of food which are becoming noteworthy in the media. We will question the meaning of safety and security and its difference as we find out about the role of cutting-edge science and technology and its limit. Also, from the perspective of the overall earth, we will review the current situation of food.
Is the superstition of food true or not?(Food faddism)

We hear all kinds of information in our daily lives such as "eating onions brings good blood circulation " or "wild yeast bread is good for your health."
We will reveal the truth with science. It is worth checking for those who do not want to be tricked by exaggerated advertisements!
Till when is it edible?


We will think about how long we can eat food before it spoils and how expiration dates are determined as we learn about the differences between recommended used-by date and use-by date.
What is food labeling?

The way you label food is determined by law. However, for your safety, it might be difficult to fully understand the meaning unless you understand information, law and restrictions regarding food. To remove anxiety and for further safety, we have come up with the most detailed food label in the world as we clarify the true identity of food.

Many people might think that "additive-free products are good for your health and products with additives are bad." But is that really true? We will try to understand correct information regarding food additives.

Are genetically-modified products "safe"?
