Yet what should we aim for beyond just survival? There may be things that might be lost if food changes too much. We must think about what is important when selecting the future of food.

What is essential for maintaining the body? We will introduce each nutritional element and their roles toward the body.

We will review how food is absorbed in the body and learn how foods we select affect and build our body.

The combination of substances included in our food that is supposed to help us maintain our health just might be harmful to our bodies. Research which grasps the mutual reaction at the cellular level has just started. We will focus on the latest information in the "combination of food" presentation.
