Cooperation of Science Museum

Cooperation with Science Museums

The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation collaborates with domestic science museums, with the following events taking place.

■ Renting of Exhibits

We rent "Room of Astronaut Mohri," "Super Kamiokande: Photomultiplier, a package for traveling exhibition," etc., through the Japan Science Museum Association.

■ Experiment Event

We convey science and technology in an understandable way to people outside of the museum and implement and provide support for experiment events to deepen communication.

■ Program development based on the collaboration with science museums located in various districts

We implement development of a program that applies the knowhow of Miraikan in science museums located in various districts. We also implement various activities such as science communication, lectures and demonstrations on programs aimed at schools.
