Earth is now facing never before seen challenges、such as the limitations of natural resources、an exploding human population、climate change、and a decline of a multitude of life forms to the point of extinction. These are global challenges that require a new、global approach to gather all wisdoms of our species into an interactive collective.
We must take the wisdom from each aspect of culture、from business、politics、science、technology、all the arts、education、research、sports、language. We must bring all those wisdoms from our culture together into a Comprehensive Wisdom、and then we must combine all Comprehensive Wisdoms from all cultures into a Future Wisdom. From that Future Wisdom we will find ways to assure the sustainability of our planet of life、and therefore、ensure the sustainability of our species.
Miraikan has launched the "TSUNAGARI Project". The Japanese word "tsunagari" means connection、or link、or relationship、over time. Through science and technology you will better understand your Tsunagari with this planet of life. With that new understanding、you may discover new approaches to better living.
